住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)教育是改善全球眼科与视觉卫生服务的重要基石[1-2]。培养足够数量、有胜任力的眼科医师,需要强大的规培教育,这对中国、印度等大国极具挑战性[2-3]。医学继续教育认证委员会(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education,ACGME)指出规培的基本目标包括专业理论、诊疗技能、基于实践的学习和提高、人际交往和沟通技巧、职业精神和完整的实践训练[1,4]。ACGME强调除了专业知识,人际沟通能力也是衡量工作能力的核心指标。美国眼科协会、加拿大眼科学会、国际眼科学会(International Council of Ophthalmology,ICO)为此开展大量研究,探讨上述各方面技能的评估工具和课程框架[1,4-5]。
