2.4 不同类型 HPFs 构建 VM 的差异
细胞三维培养结果显示:HPFs能够黏附于Matrigel胶表面,通过细胞自身变形、彼此相连形成大小不等的网格样、环状管腔结构,且PAS染色呈阳性,提示管腔样结构是由HPFs构成,即V M结构(图4A)。图4 B可见复发型HPFs所构成的VM管腔较初发型大,且数量较初发型多。初发型和复发型HPFs形成VM的个数分别为21.00±2.65、30.33±1.53,差异具有统计学意义( t =-5.292,P=0.006;图4C)。
