A组、B组各分五批进行脱蜡,A组平均脱蜡时间为33±2.7min;B组平均脱蜡时间为7.2±1.1min。B组染色时间大大少于A组。说明EZ prep清洗液可以加快脱蜡时间,从而加快特殊染色出片时间。

A、B 组切片甲级片分别为 98张、99张; 乙级片分别为2 张、4 张,丙级片分别为2张、1 张,丁级片均为0 张,染色优良率为 98%、99%,两组间优良率差异不显著(χ2 = 0. 33,P > 0. 05,表2)。

3 讨论
综上所述,应用EZ Prep清洗液手工脱蜡处理的切片在多种特殊染色中的染色质量与传统二甲苯脱蜡处理的效果相同,可以替代二甲苯。在条件所限仍需要手工脱蜡的基层医院以及需紧急出具病理报告时,能大幅提高工作效率、改善病理技术的工作环境,实用性强,染色效果稳定、可靠,值得在病理科日常工作中进行推广和应用。
